It is with great pleasure that I provide this reference for Ms. Mary Curran.

 

My first contact with Ms. Curran was around this time last year when I came on a cross road regarding my career. I consulted Ms. Curran based on a referral from a personal friend. We did four sessions of one-to-one coaching in which I gained both, clarity and focus around my future goals. Subsequently, I decided to fund my own sabbatical for the next six months. This might have appeared an unusual decision to the people around me, but I knew it was the right thing to do based on the coaching I got from Ms. Curran. In these sessions, she facilitated the answer to come from within myself and I felt she respected my agenda entirely in each session.

 

Being so greatly inspired by this lady, I decided to take up the coaching course that I saw advertised recently after my visit to the Coaching Centre. Again, I was pleasantly surprised by her dynamism and passion for her profession. She facilitated the learning of the entire group versus a classic lecturing style which has been very empowering. 

 

Both the one-to-one coaching and the coaching course have given me a solid fundament to now take up my new role as a Senior Consultant for the Business Change and Transformation Service of a major Consulting company, advising the government as from March 2007.

Today was the best day we've ever had on the course.  It was great to see us all having a belly laugh at the end, I will truly remember this day as being one of the best. 

I came to a crossroads in my career.  My work was getting me down, I lost the confidence in myself to do the job, I had low self esteen and took things too personally.  I just wanted out, I wanted something new,but I didn't know where to go to find out.
